Your Plan Security Code is a 4-digit number - only known by you. It is important that you keep your Plan Security Code secret. You should not write this number down anywhere, especially not next to your Customer Identification Number. If you think that anyone may know what your Plan Security Code is, you must contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for it to be changed.
You will need your Plan Security Code to register for online banking and when you call us to enquire or transact on
your plan.
