Your plan number is a unique 10-digit number beginning with ‘P’. Every time you make a transaction (over the phone) you will be
asked for this number. You should always quote this number on any correspondence you send to Intelligent Finance.
You can find your plan number when you log in to Intelligent Finance online banking or on the Confirmation of Application Details form which we sent you when you applied for your plan.
