27. Are there early repayment charges on your mortgage products?
Special rate early repayment charges Some of our mortgage products carry special rate early repayment charges. If you repay a remortgage within two years, you must pay us a sum towards the valuation contribution and the remortgage legal fees.
Other early repayment charges
	We charge a mortgage discharge fee on all mortgage products if you pay off the mortgage early. This fee will be waived for customers who move house and open their new mortgage with Intelligent Finance.
	If we are holding your title deeds, we charge a deeds dispatch fee.
