16. Can I make overpayments?
You may make both regular and lump sum
overpayments
to your offset mortgage without incurring any early repayment charges. Just contact us and let us know when and how much you want to pay.
Please note
if you repay your offset mortgage in full during a special rate period, an early repayment charge may be applicable
for lump sum overpayments to a fixed rate or a tracker rate mortgage which does not offset, please see

for details of special rate early repayment charges you would have to pay
