Once you have completed the application either online or over the phone we will issue a welcome pack. You should receive the pack within 5 days of completing the application.
When you receive the welcome pack you should check that all information set out in the Confirmation of application details form is correct, if it is not correct please make any relevant amendments before getting the customer to sign it. You should return all purple documentation to us along with any other documentation we have requested (e.g. income or address verification).
Any security documentation will be sent out separately from the welcome pack.
