Your Total Mortgage Reserve is the sum of any built up reserve and pre-agreed reserve. The drawing of all or part of your mortgage reserve is subject to various conditions. If you wish to draw down all or part of your mortgage reserve, please contact us on 0345 609 4343 to check availability.
Please note that the built up reserve does not include any overpayments you have made on further advances you have borrowed after 31st October, 2004.
