Sole trader: This is someone who is in business on their own. They have no business partners and don't
trade through a company.
Income Verification:
Latest year's certified accounts or letter from your accountant or last tax certificate or SA302.
You must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months.
The figures detailed must cover an accounting period ending no longer than 18 months ago. We will only accept finalised
figures for lending purposes.
Your accountant must hold a practising certificate and be registered with one of the recognised bodies acceptable to Intelligent Finance.
