Online statements are a great way to reduce clutter and help the environment.

How can I choose to receive my current account statements online?
Simply select your current account and then the statement option. Click on the option 'I would like to view my statements online'. Alternatively, you can call us on 0345 609 4343.

How will I know when my new current account statement is ready to view?
Just log on and click on the current account section of your plan and select the statement section. Any new statements available for you to view will show as underlined.

How many current account statements will I be able to view online?
From the date of registration, you will be able to view your most recent statement and store up to 18 months of subsequent statements securely online.

I have a joint plan. Will I be able to switch to online statements while my partner continues to receive paper statements
When one account holder registers to receive monthly current account statements online, the online option will apply to both you and the other plan holder.

How much will it cost?
Nothing! The online current account statement option is completely free. And, as no paper is involved, it’s also better for the environment.

If I choose to receive my current account statements online, can I change back to paper statements?
Yes. All you need to do is call our contact centre on 0345 609 4343.
