Funds released date and status description refers to the date when we send the mortgage advance to the conveyancer and a mortgage jar is created on our system. Any subsequent delay to completion or return of funds by the conveyancer will not be shown on case tracking. If completion is delayed and you need to know when completion is actually going to take place, please contact the conveyancer.
