Director with more than 10% shareholding


Directors:

If a director has less than a 10% shareholding in the company, we require the following for income verification:

Last month's bank statement showing your income being credited to your bank account from your employer and last month's pay slip (which must not be hand-written) or

Last month's bank statement showing your income being credited to your bank account from your employer and a letter from your employer on company headed note paper confirming your salary details.

If a director has a 10% shareholding or more, we require the following for income verification:

Latest year's certified accounts or letter from your accountant or last tax certificate or SA302.

The company must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months.

The figures detailed must cover an accounting period ending no longer than 18 months ago. We will only accept finalised figures for lending purposes.

Your accountant must hold a practising certificate and be registered with one of the recognised bodies acceptable to Intelligent Finance.
