As a safeguard to your online security we ask for your specific authorisation when you set up or amend a
payment instruction. We have taken the step to introduce free SMS
texting which will help to ensure that you, and only you, can set up payments over the web. We do this by
texting an authorisation code to your mobile phone every time you set up or amend a payment instruction.
In turn, you must type that authorisation code when prompted so that we know the person making the change
is the same person holding your mobile phone. This should reassure you that no-one other than you should
be able to set up transfers from your jar. If you change your mobile phone number do not forget to contact
us to update your personal details.
