1. How do I make withdrawals from and deposits to my savings jar?


Connected account

When you open your savings jar, you will be asked to choose a connected account. This can be either an existing Intelligent Finance current account or a current account held with another bank or building society.

You can then use this connected account to move money to and from your savings jar. If you have registered for online banking, you can do this online or you can call us if your jar has phone access.

Make payments

You can pay money to other accounts using the 'Make payments' option on the left hand menu when logged into your online plan.

You can deposit money into your jar by setting up a payment instruction from another bank or building society.

Debit card

You can use a debit card from another bank of building society to make a deposit to your savings jar, This option is available by phone only.

Cheque

If you are sending us a cheque for credit to a jar, please ensure you write the following information on the back:
