11. How can I deposit funds?


You can deposit funds in several ways:

Move money within your plan

You can move money from one jar in your Intelligent Finance Plan to another once you have logged into your online plan or by calling us if your jar has phone access.

Payment instruction

You can use FPS (Faster Payments Scheme) or CHAPS to deposit funds. If you do so, please ensure you quote the following information:

You can find your jar sort code and account number once you have logged into online banking or on the Confirmation of Application Form we sent you when you applied for your jar. Alternatively, we can confirm these with you when you call us.

Debit card

You can use a debit card to make a deposit to your savings jar, This option is available by phone only.

Cheque

You can send us a cheque to credit to your jar. Please ensure you write the following information on the back:

Transferring money held abroad

If you wish to transfer money held abroad, please call 0345 609 4343 and speak to a customer service consultant, who will be pleased to assist you.
