It should be made payable to yourself, quoting the account number, sort code and the name of the type of savings jar you wish to credit (for example, "ISA") on the reverse.
You can find this information on the Confirmation of Application Details form which we sent you when you applied for your jar, or you can call us on 0345 609 4343.
If you are opening a joint jar, you only need to send us one cheque.
