Customer notice regarding your balance view
Please note that your balance does not include “pending” debit card transactions which you have recently made, but have not yet cleared. These transactions will usually show within 24-48 hours of your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about pending transactions, please call us. We are working to improve your balance view to incorporate pending transactions in the near future.
Customer notice regarding system availability
We will be carrying out essential maintenance which will impact our online and ATM services.
The maintenance is scheduled to take place on the following dates:-

During this time you will be unable to access your online account and withdraw money from ATM’s.
You will however, be able to use your debit card for point of sale transactions and receive cashback.
